 Breakfast
All hotels provide breakfast, which is often included in the room charge. Therefore breakfast will not be provided at the conference site.
Coffee & Tea
During the breaks of the oral sessions, coffee and tea will be provided. It is, however, not allowed to take drinks into the lecture room.
Lunch
Lunch can be obtained in the Restaurant of the Educatorium. Dutch luncheons consist mainly of sandwiches. Some warm snacks will be availabe. Lunch is not included in the conference fee.
Dinner
Dinner is not included in the conference fee. You can have dinner in one of the many restaurants, downtown Utrecht.
Banquet
On Thursday night, the Conference Banquet will be held. Details about this event will follow later.
Welcome reception
On Sunday evening, at the Mitland Hotel, there will be a Welcome Reception with free drinks and Dutch snacks.
