Registered participants received a Program & Abstract book in their Conference package.

The social program consisted of a welcome reception, a Conference Excursion and the Conference Banquet. Accompanying persons could participate in these events.
 
The Welcome reception took place on Sunday, August 23 in Hotel Mitland (Arienslaan 1, Utrecht) from 17:00 to 19:00. Attendance was free for subscribed participants. The fee for accompanying persons was EURO 20.
 
The Excursion, on Wednesday August 26, from 12:45 to 19:30 contained a visit (by touring car) to "De Zaansche Schans" (Dutch windmills), Volendam and Marken (two villages on the shore of the IJsselmeer, the former Zuiderzee) with a small boat tour from Volendam to Marken. The costs for this excursion were EURO 30 per person.
 
The Banquet will took place on Thursday night (17:30 - 0:00, including bus transfers) in a Historical Open Air Museum. Transport to and from the location was included in the fee, which was be EURO 80 per person.
