23rd International Conference on Amorphous and Nanocrystalline Semiconductors

August 23 - 28, 2009

Prof. Dr. Martin Stutzmann

Martin Stutzmann (1956) studied Physics in Marburg, Paris, and Stanford and obtained his PhD in 1983. From 1983 to 1985, he worked as a Postdoc at the Xerox Palo Alto Research Center. In 1985 he joined the group of M. Cardona at the Max-Planck-Institute for Solid State Research in Stuttgart, Germany. Since 1993, Martin Stutzmann is a Director of the Walter Schottky Institute at the Munich University of Technology. His main current scientific interests concern semiconductor heterostructures and devices for bioelectronics, sensors, spintronics, and photovoltaics.
