Manuscript submission

Manuscripts uploaded after August 14th, 2009 cannot be accepted for inclusion in the ICANS23 Proceedings.

Authors of accepted abstracts were invited to submit a paper. For the paper to be considered for publication in the Proceedings of ICANS23, it must have been presented at the conference (either orally or as a poster).

Papers will be peer reviewed for publication in Physica Status Solidi (c) ‘current topics in solid state physics’. Papers that are found to be of high quality, presenting original and novel work, or those with a strong review character with proper reference to earlier sources, will be further considered for a higher impact publication in Physica Status Solidi (a) ‘applications and materials science’.
During the registration process, presenting authors will be asked the number of the paper they will be presenting. Please have your abstract number ready.

All participants who have paid the full registration fee will receive a special combined hardcover issue of the Proceedings of the 23rd International Conference on Amorphous and Nanocrystalline Semiconductors, in which the accepted papers of both PSS (c) and PSS (a) are collected.

For preparation of your paper, please follow the instructions on format and style:  Guidelines for authors
Word template style files (.zip file)
LaTex templates style files (.zip file)

The maximum length of your paper is 4 pages (6 pages for an invited paper).
For revisions of your paper (referee reports will appear after the Conference), please use the ‘Online Submitting and Refereeing system’ at http://conferences.wiley-vch.de. At the Online Submitting and Refereeing System, use your username and password. Then choose “Physica Status Solidi” and then “ICANS-23 – Author”.

Revised versions can be uploaded. Referee reports will be available after the Conference.
