Participants from some countries might need a
visa to enter and stay in the Netherlands.In
this brochure you can find detailed information to which nationalities
this applies, what documents are needed for an application and how to
apply for a visa.
Please read this
brochure carefully and start the procedure well in
time.

If you need a letter from the organizing committee to obtain travel
visas and/or permissions (e.g. from your employer), please contact the
organizing committee at:
info@icans23.org. You
can also request this letter as a step in your online Conference
Registration; where some of this information (such as your contact
information and abstract number) is captured automatically. Requests for
“standard” invitation letters of this kind via the Conference
Registration process on line will lead to an optimized response from the
organizing committee, which is faster than individual requests. The
signed letter will be scanned and e-mailed to the e-mail address of the
registered participant and the original letter will be mailed to your
postal address.
If you need an non-standard letter, please inform
info@icans23.org,
and in your correspondence, please specify any special additional
requirements for your Letter of Invitation, for example:
- your need for specific, additional, text in the Letter
- your contact information (name, address, Email, phone)
- your need for a hard copy of the Letter
- your need for a Letter before a certain date.
- your need for a Letter of Invitation for a co-author (provide
addresses)

We do not supply invitations for visiting family members or partners,
unless they register as participating partner in any of
the events (banquet, excursion, welcome reception). Only in this way
their visit to The Netherlands can be linked to ICANS23).
